Outside Counsel on Renovations
Mark has a passion for home renovations with a lifetime of experience in the field, he grew up learning about building and construction from his father, a seasoned General Contractor of over 35 years. Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. When he's not working on home renovations, he enjoys real estate investing, fishing, camping, hiking, and spending time with his wife, two kids, and their dog.

Legal

Jason is the founder of Gavl Law, a law practice focusing on the intersection of legal expertise and entrepreneurial passion. Jason worked at a mid-size law firm downtown for several years where he honed his skills and expertise before branching out to start his own venture. He focuses primarily in the areas of small business and real estate and has become a trusted business partner of Aspire Estates. Outside of work, he enjoys playing hockey and golf with friends, and spending quality time with family.

Illia is the founder of a company specializing in luxury house flips, focusing on transforming properties into high-end homes. A 2023 graduate of the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Illia also successfully managed a painting business during his studies, showcasing his entrepreneurial acumen. Known for his ambition and commitment to quality, Illia balances his professional pursuits with a passion for fitness and reading.

House Designer, Social Media Director
Melina, co-founder and the creative force behind the company's successful house flips, collaborates closely with her husband Illia to transform properties into luxurious homes. Her keen design sense and aesthetic flair are pivotal in leading the interior design of their projects, ensuring each flip is both stylish and practical. Besides her design responsibilities, Melina expertly handles the company's and Illia’s social media presence, skillfully showcasing their work and building community engagement. Outside the office, Melina enjoys staying active through fitness and cherishes spending time connecting with friends and family.

Acquisitions Assistant, Realtor
Connor has been a realtor for over 5 years with Royal LePage Prime Real Estate. Since starting his business he has attached Top 2% of all Royal LePage realtors consecutively over the past 3 years. He built his business through client relationships and treating people how they deserve to be treated with respect and open and honest dialogue.
In his free time he loves to spend time with his wife and son. He is also a professional Curler based out of Manitoba and is grateful for the opportunities curling presents for him to travel around the world.

Real Estate Consultant
Dakotah is the founder of Arete Holdings Grp LTD & a local non-profit; The National Real Estate Investors Community. Dakotah has always had a passion for real estate and through the his years in the industry he has been part of over 100 investment transactions ranging from single family, development projects and apartment blocks. Due to his experience he has been able to act as a consultant on a variety of complex challenges or creative endeavours for Aspire Estates. Outside of work, he considers himself a family man and enjoys much of his time with his wife cooking, travelling the world and being active in a variety of capacities.
